What is Half-Double?
Half-Double methodology is an innovative approach to project management that was developed in Denmark. The 3 cornerstones
Flow, Impact and Leadership can be described as the cornerstones or core of the Half-Double method. These elements are vital to deal with in order to ensure the success of the project, as well as to ensure that the project proceeds as planned.
Flow: The Half-Double method focuses on optimizing the flow of the project so that work processes run as efficiently as possible. This can be achieved through good planning and management and by ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and resources.
