1) Project and References
Since September 2020, Nordjysk project management has been project manager on the POA (Port of Aalborg) digitization project. Nordjysk Projektledelse, have now completed their part of this project.

2) New Employee
Nordjysk Project Management has hired Kasper Barsted as Junior consultant within Project Management and Digitalization. Kasper has a Master's degree in IT, Learning and Organizational Learning, as well as he is certified in Prince2®. In addition to Kasper, Nordjysk Project Management has further entered into div. freelancer agreements with other IT &technical project manager.
5) Cooperation agreements
Nordjysk Project Management has entered into a framework agreement for two major Danish engineering houses.
Nordjysk Project Management has been established and approved as a delivery door to Væksthus Nordjylland / WDIS. In addition, Nordjysk Project Management has become part of the Aalborg Alliance.
5) Education
Nordjysk Project Managements owner Lars Ubbesen is registered for a SCRUM Master & HALF DOUBLE certification, which he will begin in May & June 2021, respectively. Lars also follows two educations at AAU: Digitization and digital transformation, and Preparation and analysis of business models. Kasper pt. in progress with a certification in Project Management & Prince2 foundation.
6) Information collection and savings:
From April 2021, Nordjysk project management has become a member of Dansk Projektledelse.
