A lot has happened in the last month, and Nordjysk Project Management ApS can now vouch for projects with certification in both Half Double and SAFe® 5 Scrum Master (SSM).
With certification in SSM, we can now offer service in agile system development, and competencies to assist Solution Train. Solution Train consists of several Agile Release Trains (ARTs), which are larger teams of agile teams that focus on facilitating value creation during the project. Solution Train takes care of guiding the various ARTs in relation to the company's goals and mission via roadmap, solution vision, backlog, and program increment (PI).
SSM has the customer at its core and strengthens larger companies in streamlining projects and ensures facilitation of value and impact through agile system development. Its complexity and size are best suited to meet all the needs of larger companies, but you can also cut the processes down to smaller companies.
Half Double is a hybrid method that moves between the agile and traditional, plan-driven approach. The method uses elements from both worlds, and forms a balanced rhythm in your project, creating the double results in half the time.
