This allows our project manager to adapt to your various system and infrastructure easily and quickly, industry models and tools. If you want to develop or follow a tailor-made project process, we are always helpful with the development and implementation of project models for change management, technology, and general development project models and roadmaping of portfolio management.
In Nordjysk Project Management, we work with the classic waterfall models, such as: PRINCE2. However, we recommend that Cutting- and/or Bleeding-edge technology development projects follow hybrid project management models, where waterfall models are combined with various tools from SCRUM and other iterative processes. In addition, Nordjysk Projektledes is also certified in Half double, SCRUM and SAFe and IPMA.
